Our Managing Director, Mr Bongani Masinga provides professional services to clients, specialising in forensic investigations and fraud risk management, business development and investments - with over 20 years of professional experience.

Mr Masinga is a Certified Ethics Officer be the Ethics Institute of South Africa, he leads complex, high-stakes engagements—from Commissions of Inquiry to developing corporate compliance frameworks, assessing Boards of Directors during onboarding into corporate environments. He also serves as a Regional Committee Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) for the Gauteng-Johannesburg Region, in addition to his role as Managing Director.

Mr. Masinga is also a seasoned business development professional who has led numerous business growth initiatives.

Bongani has worked in two of the four Global Audit firms up to level of Associate Director and served in functions such as Business Development, Forensic Investigations, Performance Audits, Fraud Risk Management and more. He also previously served in the Regulatory Authority environment in public sector focusing on Monitoring and Evaluations, Compliance and Investigations.

In addition, he has led private investments in large-scale infrastructure developments across various sectors through his investment company (Vuk'uphande Projects), engaged with international investors, and established collaborations with technical experts and cross-industry networks. He advises businesses on strategic development initiatives and assists in capital raising initiatives to help companies advance to the next level. Through his development company, he is actively pursuing a diversified portfolio that includes shovel-ready projects such as Retail Developments, Private Healthcare facilities, large-scale Mixed-use Estates (including agro-eco-estates with residential, commercial, manufacturing, medical, education, and hospitality components), and Tourism projects in partnership with key stakeholders locally and internationally.

In the technology sector, he has invented automated, AI-driven tools and continues to develop solutions that enhance performance.
